Central Church Apartments is a building with 24 hour onsite courtesy personel. The entry doors of the building remain locked to the public. Residents can allow visitors access from the comfort of their homes through their land line or cell phone.


Since 2008, Central Church Apartments  has achieved and maintained  a 100% inspection rating from HUD's Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC). Part of REAC's mission is to help ensure safe, decent and affordable housing through physical inspections of the property.


Guests are required to sign in and register their vehicles when entering the building.
 
All apartments are equipped with smoke detectors and the building is protected by an updated fire alarm system that is wired directly to a local monitoring station.The alarm system and sprinkler systems are inspected and maintained regularly by licensed professionals.
 
The exterior of the building and interior common areas are monitored by 32 motion activated cameras.  Those cameras can be view by the office staff and security staff at any time. There is also lighted off street  parking areas and lighted entries on 2 sides of the building. The resident parking areas remain lit during the evening, night, and early morning hours.
 

In addition, all applicants and staff members are screened through national criminal background and sex offender checks to ensure the safety of our residents and their guests. Central Church Apartments has a zero tolerance policy concerning criminal drug activity on or near the property.
 
 
Although we no medical staff on duty at any time, residents are checked on once every day by a Tag Check System to ensure they are doing okay. Every apartment is equipped with an Emergency Call System which alerts staff to resident in need of assistance. Someone on staff can then alert first responders that are needed.
